Privacy Policy

In one line: we collect only what the site needs to work, and we do not sell your data.

1. What we collect. Your email and password at signup (stored hashed — we cannot read it); the profile you fill in (name, city, fields, rates, intro, work images, resume, portfolio); messages you send; and the files you upload.

2. What sits in your browser. Three things only: your interface language, your light/dark preference, and your login session (absent if you're not logged in). All three are needed for the site to work. None of them is ad tracking, and none is shared with third parties.

3. Where data lives. Our server is in Hong Kong. The database and uploaded files live on that machine.

4. Who can see what. Your public profile is visible to anyone. Messages are visible only to you and the other person. Notification emails are sent through a third-party mail service, so the recipient learns your email address — that already happens the moment you message them.

5. What we never do. Sell or rent your personal information. Use your email for marketing unrelated to this site. Put third-party ad trackers on your profile.

6. Your rights. You can edit or delete your profile and uploaded files at any time from “My account”, and you can ask us to delete the account entirely: just email the address below.

7. Minors. This site is for working adults and the people who hire them, not for anyone under 18.
