Terms of Use

NAB (nab1.art) is a place for designers and the people who hire them to show work and talk. By using the site you agree to the following.

1. Accounts. Signup requires email verification. Use a real address and keep your password safe. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared.

2. What you post. Describe yourself honestly: role, field, rates, work. Passing off someone else's work, inventing credentials, or posting advertising unrelated to design will get the profile removed and the account closed.

3. We are not a party to your deal. The site offers profiles and messages. We do not take part in quoting, payment or delivery, and we do not guarantee any engagement. Check who you are dealing with, and always verify identity before any transaction.

4. Your work stays yours. You keep the copyright to everything you upload. You let us display it here so others can see it. We will not use it anywhere else.

5. Cost. Free for designers and free to browse. If we ever charge for something, we will announce it here first and never charge retroactively.

6. What we may do. We may hide or delete content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts, when necessary to keep the place usable.

7. Changes. These terms may change; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use it means you accept them.

8. Disclaimer. This site only provides a place to be seen and a way to get in touch; we take no part in any transaction and are not responsible for its outcome. All communication, quotes, payment and delivery happen directly between you and the other person. Verify the identity and credentials of the person you deal with before any transaction; we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction.
